We are screening accounts that have acquired too much XTO through previous abusing, including incorrectly transferred XTO, and will issue and apply new XTO addresses once this is completed.

In addition, several unusual accounts were discovered during this process and are being investigated.
In case of future XTO address transfer, we will inform you in advance that all data will be reset and you may not be granted an XTO of a new address in the case of an account showing serious symptoms of abusing.
