• Adjusted the MP consumption for Arena from 70% to 60%.
• Adjusted the lock period for Hero movement via wallet transfer from 5 days to 3 days.
• Adjusted the required TP for unlocking Auto Setting from 200 to 100.
• Increased the duration for changing from Battle to Peace state from 10 seconds to 20 seconds.

• 아레나 mp소모를 70% > 60%로 조정
• 지갑 이동으로 영웅 이동 시, 잠금 기간을 5일 > 3일로 조정
• 오토 세팅 언락에 필요한 TP를 200 > 100으로 조정
• 전투 > 평화 상태 변경 시간을 10s > 20s로 증가
