This is a pre-announcement for the 04.10 Hotfix & 04.16 Upcoming Patch.

4.16 Skill Balance Pre-Announcement

Balance adjustments and bug fixes for some skills are planned.
These changes will be introduced around April 16 after a one-week observation period.

Additionally, the Reload Ticket redistribution schedule has been changed due to the short interval:

Succession Skill Additional Implementation	When buff-type inheritance skills are activated, Rune effects will be applied to targets within range (currently not applied / will be hotfixed as soon as implemented regardless of schedule)
Shadow of War God / Light of Padma	Rune debuff will be applied to targets receiving additional damage
Asura Body	Rune debuff will be applied to enemies hit while active
Goddess Veil	Rune debuff will be applied to enemies within 1m of the veil area
Active Skill Debuffs	Duration(s) and performance of debuffs applied by active skills will be slightly reduced
CDR Reduction Debuff Calculation	Changed from n(1-n%)* to n-n%, same as shield penetration
Burst shot / Half moon	Due to the calculation change, CDR reduction debuff values will also be reduced
AoE (Field-type) Skills	Overall debuff effects will be reduced
Hero Level Debuff Adjustment	Applied from level 40, slight adjustment to debuff duration based on hero level
Hero Level Accuracy/Evasion Adjustment	Applied from level 40, slight adjustment to accuracy/evasion based on hero level
