Early-Game Content

Gilgamesh’s Lost Epic — Map 3

  • Map 3 will be added.
  • NPC quests will be added through Map 3.
  • The rewards and difficulty of the added quests may receive a second revision alongside achievement content and growth-line adjustments.
  • Early-game progression, overall balance, and content are all still being revised, so reward details may change again in a later pass.

Green Field Progression Test

  • The revised growth balance will be applied to Green Field for testing.
New NPC quests along the early-game route

Map 3 is on the syllabus now, and the NPC quests run all the way there. …Wait. If the rewards can still change, then the syllabus isn’t final either?

Iskandar
Iskandar

It is an expedition, not an exam. The early route is still being reshaped, so rewards and difficulty may be revised again alongside achievements and the growth line. Learn the road. The road is the part that stays.

Corrections Desk

Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where the durability warning appeared before the automatic recovery point.
  • Fixed an issue where crafting quantities did not refresh until the equipment inventory was opened.
Tiamat
Tiamat

Correction notice, troops! The durability warning was too eager, and crafting quantities should never have waited for the equipment inventory to open.

Ishtar Gate

SkillChangeBeforeAfter
Ishtar GateEVA Base Value12%10%
EVA per-level scaling1%0.8%
Reload Time30s32s
World Cooldown5s10s
Why: The two charges remain. The change widens the time available to answer the next gate and narrows the immediate evasion spike.
🔺 Hero Buffs

SkillChangeBeforeAfter
Salt FlowerHit Interval0.3s0.2s
Base ATK per hit212200
LullabyBase ATK280310
SuhyangmiBase ATK280310
Salt Flower: Overall direction is a buff. It hits more often, while its per-hit ATK is reduced. Lullaby & Suhyangmi: Their earlier reload adjustment did not materially change results, so Base ATK is increased directly.

SkillChangeBeforeAfter
Blessed GroundReload Time12s13s
Base ATK8676
Blood WheelEBD10%7%
Damage increase per wall bounce20%16%
Coin of ProsperityEBD15%10%
Why: Blessed Ground continued to rise after the previous buff. Blood Wheel stacks bounce damage particularly well in tight spaces, while Coin of Prosperity receives only the extra-damage reduction because it stacks fewer bounces.
🔻 Summon Nerfs

All summon skills

Shared summon adjustment: Summon attack power is rebalanced toward roughly one quarter of standard skill attack output. Summon Hit Interval changes from 1.3s → 1.4s. All summon durations remain 150 seconds.

Why: One summon cast provides 150 seconds of autonomous damage. Reducing duration would create longer periods without a summon, so this patch adjusts attack power, multi-hit efficiency, and attack interval instead.

Why: Summon efficiency is not being lowered in isolation. Direct weapon skills also receive stronger value, while Blizzard, Meteor, and EXTOCIUM are adjusted for feel rather than raw damage.

This Issue’s Spotlight

Summons · Weapons · Evasion

Closing the weapon-slot gap from both sides

More than half of the recorded weapon slots used a summon. This patch lowers summon efficiency without extending summon downtime, then raises the value of direct weapon choices so the slot does not simply become weaker or emptier.

  • Summon duration remains 150 seconds.
  • Summon attack interval and individual attack values are adjusted.
  • Seven direct weapon skills gain Base ATK.
  • Blizzard, Meteor, and EXTOCIUM receive usability improvements.

Ishtar Gate and the answer window

Ishtar Gate remains the only skill in the current analysis that raises the caster’s own EVA. At level 55, the source analysis places the EVA bonus at approximately 66% before the patch and 53% after it.

  • Both charges remain.
  • World Cooldown becomes 10 seconds, matching the EVA effect window.
  • Eight skills can pierce EVA, and three skills can reduce it.
  • Deeper melee combos also gain EVA penetration.

No Change This Patch

Kill-share trend order: July 9 → July 15 → August 12 → September 2.

Full moon

3.36% → 5.53% → 3.54% → 3.23%

Its kill share is already moving down without another intervention, so no additional nerf is applied.

Red Bombardment

1.56% → 1.35% → 0.86% → 1.26%

It has begun to recover after the previous decline, so it remains under observation.

Babylon’s Cry

2.97% → 1.11% → 1.37% → 0.55%

It continues to fall together with buff-heavy decks. This is being treated as a broader playstyle question for a later review.

Sword master

0.44% → 0.63% → 0.41% → 2.19%

Kill share rose by roughly five times from the previous snapshot, but raw damage remains within the current acceptable range.

Unchanged: Every summon skill keeps its 150-second summon duration. This patch changes summon attack power, multi-hit efficiency, and attack interval—not duration.
