Combat & auto combat

GAMEPLAY BASICS

Combat & auto combat

Move with purpose, aim your skills, and watch both ammo and cooldowns. Learn manual combat before relying on auto combat.

Auto combat does not protect you from PK or the rules of the field you enter.

Movement and skill controls

Use the movement control on the left side of the screen to position your Hero. The combat controls on the right include two Hero skills, a weapon skill, an inherited skill when available, and your basic attack. Some slots depend on your equipment and progression.

Tap a skill for its automatic targeting behavior, or drag an aimable skill button to choose its direction or location before releasing. The aiming indicator depends on the skill. Try each skill in the starting practice area so you can recognize its range and behavior.

Watch your HP and Mana while moving. Positioning helps you keep enemies in range and move away from attacks.

Ammo, reload and cooldowns

A skill can be unavailable because it has no loaded ammo, because its reload is still running, or because its use cooldown has not ended. These are separate conditions.

  • Loaded ammo: the number of uses currently available. Each use consumes ammo.
  • Reload: restores ammo over time. Reload speed depends on the skill and applicable stats or effects.
  • Use cooldown: the skill must finish this timer before it can be used again, even if ammo remains.

The ammo number and rotating indicators on the skill control help you tell these states apart. Magazine capacities differ by skill and build; do not assume every skill always has the same two or three charges.

CHA contributes to the applicable reload-related stat calculation. It does not remove the normal Hero skill’s separate use cooldown. Item skills such as potions have their own cooldown rules.

Unlock and configure auto combat

Auto combat is learned through Training using TP. Once you have unlocked it, open the auto-combat settings to choose how the Hero behaves.

  • Select which skills the automatic routine can use.
  • Set the allowed movement or hunting range.
  • Review target selection and priority settings.
  • Check potion use, supplies and your field before leaving it running.

Auto combat follows the field’s normal risks. PK protection and exceptions depend on the field and current rules, not on whether you are controlling the Hero manually. Read the PK and field rules before hunting in a dangerous area.

Quick slots and automatic item use

Assign compatible potions or food to Quick Slots from your inventory. Use the slot settings to choose manual or automatic use where supported.

Review any HP or Mana threshold before enabling automatic use. For example, a 30% HP setting is a condition for using the assigned item as health falls; it is not a promise that the potion will always be ready. You still need the item, a usable slot and a completed cooldown.

Reviving after defeat

The defeat screen offers the revival choices available for that situation. A Feather of Revival provides instant revival when permitted and consumes one Feather. The standard daily Feather allowance is 10 uses.

Gold revival has a rising cost based on your Gold revival count. The published cost schedule is below. The final tier continues for later Gold revivals; it is not an eleven-use daily cap. The daily Gold revival count resets at 00:00 KST.

812,800,000 Gold
925,600,000 Gold

Mode and field rules can change where or how you revive. Read the defeat screen before confirming a paid revival. Reviving does not automatically undo losses already applied by the field’s death rules.

A useful first practice routine

  1. Move toward and away from a practice target.
  2. Use each Hero skill separately, watching its ammo and cooldown.
  3. Try manual aiming on a skill that supports it.
  4. Assign a healing item and inspect its settings.
  5. Test auto combat in a suitable area and adjust its range and skills.
