Shop and Boutique
The Shop is where you top up Gems, buy items with BNB, Gems, XTO or X Points, and get skins, pets and mounts in the Boutique.
BNB prices can change. Always check the price on the purchase screen before you buy.

How to open the Shop
- Tap the helmet icon at the top left of the main screen to open the Dashboard.
- Tap Shop at the top left of the Dashboard.
The Shop screen has six menus:

Gem Shop
Buy Gems through your app store. Gems are added to your account right away.

Refunds: you can cancel a purchase only within 7 days and only if the Gems have not been used. When Gems are refunded, your account is locked automatically to protect the XTO economy. If this happens, contact us in Settings > Contact Us.
Item Shop
Choose how you want to pay with the buttons on the left, then choose a tab at the top.

In the BNB tab, each item shows two prices. You can pay with either BNB or Gems.
Skins, pets and mounts are moving to the Boutique. You may still see these tabs in the Item Shop for a short time. See Boutique.
Level Achievement Packages
- Packages for levels 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50.
- A package appears when you reach its level.
- Each package can be bought once per account.
- The contents are listed under each package.

Items
Each currency tab sells its own items. The same item can appear in more than one tab. For example, PK protection is sold for both BNB or Gems and XTO. Check each tab in the game for the full list.
Earn X Points while you shop. When you spend BNB, Gems or XTO in the Shop, you receive X Points based on how much you spend. Trades in the Market do not count. See X Points.

Purchase limits
Many items have a limit, shown above the item’s name:

The first number is how many you can still buy.
- Limits are counted separately for each currency. For example, you can buy PK protection once a week with BNB or Gems, and once more with XTO.
- Daily limits reset at 00:00, weekly limits every Monday at 00:00, and monthly limits on the 1st at 00:00, server time (Asia server: KST, North America server: UTC).
Paying with BNB
- BNB is paid from your connected wallet. See Wallet setup.
- BNB prices can change. The amount shown on the purchase screen is the amount you pay. Gem prices stay the same.
If the approval request does not arrive in MetaMask, disconnect your wallet and connect it again. Payments can sometimes be slow because of the network. If it takes more than 30 minutes, your BNB is returned automatically.
Boutique
The Boutique is where you get skins, pets and mounts. Tap Boutique on the Shop screen to enter. It has two tabs: Shop and Market.
Shop: buy skins, pets and mounts
- Choose Skin, Ride or Pet at the top.
- Choose how you want to pay: Gems, BNB, XTO or X Points.
- Tap an item, then tap Preview to try it on your hero. Tap Unequip to take it off.
- Tap Buy to buy it.
Items marked (30 Days) last 30 days. Items without it are yours to keep.
Market: trade with other players
- Buy and sell limited skins and limited mounts with other players for Gold.
- Pets cannot be traded.
- Search by item name and sort the list.
- Tap My Orders to list an item for sale or check your sales.
- You can have up to 5 items for sale at a time.
- You need 1,000 TP or more to sell.
When something looks wrong

| I cannot see a Level Achievement Package | It appears only after you reach its level, and you may have bought it already |
| The BNB price changed | BNB prices can change. Check the price on the purchase screen. |
| MetaMask did not ask me to approve | Disconnect your wallet and connect it again |
| My BNB payment is taking a long time | If it takes more than 30 minutes, your BNB is returned automatically |
| I want a refund for a BNB purchase | Items bought with BNB arrive as a box in your bag. You can ask for a refund only before you open the box. BNB network fees are not returned. |
| My account was locked after a Gem refund | This happens automatically. Contact us in Settings > Contact Us. |
| I cannot sell in the Boutique | You need 1,000 TP, and you can list up to 5 items at a time. Only limited skins and mounts can be sold. |
| My skin or pet disappeared | Items marked (30 Days) end after 30 days |
